how to install grub splash screen in ubuntu 10.04

i want to change the traditional blank black screen thats behind the grub to some image i want is it possible to do?
if possible how to do it.

please let me know this if u can.

I assume you are using Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx. Is that correct?
