Anyone know of a cheap audio card?

Regardless that doesn't matter. Does anyone know of a very cheap audio card that will be available at most local computer shops?

The cheapest Creative PCI cards used to cost me under $20- Oz, over 5 years ago. I They were always easy as to install & worked very well.

So basically I'm saying if it is Creative brand you can trust it.
