Inappropriate response in a thread?

Just lately, it seems like every second thread is along the lines of "How do I install Windows blah blah blah..."

Is it inappropriate, or against CoC to reply: " find a ******* forum..."

If you know how to help - then do so if you wish, if not then don't post. There's nothing wrong with maybe trying to help and also pointing them at a windows forum.

There used to be forums here for many different OS - including windows.

There are people here who can help - I would guess that many of us have, or still do, use windows.
