How to make Multiple OS DVD?

I'm repairing a friends laptop and i was wondering if it would be possible to be able to boot a DVD with multiple Operating systems on it like SystemRescueCD, Ubuntu, and BitDefender Rescue cd along with some other portable apps. My googling on this matter has just shown how to have multiple windows discs

Thanks, but I'm not sure I understand how this works. It looks like it will boot from a usb instead of a dvd

EDIT: after reading it one more time I understand. However, If there was some way i could do this in OS X or windows that would be great, because at the moment I am only running linux on my netbook and it doesn't have a dvd drive

If it is a must , you can install cygwin in windows and run multicd in it . You will have to install in windows the softwares the multicd uses for doing the task .
