Ok, Here's my scenario...I am running an installed 10.04 version of ubuntu on my mem stick, I was doing some diagnostics on a hard drive of mine. I was wondering if there is a way to install Ubuntu 10.04 LTS on that hard drive while im running the installed ubuntu off my memory stick?

You will have to boot the Ubuntu install CD and install it to your hard drive.

If you prepared your USB stick using Ubuntu's supported "usb-creator" application then there should be an Install icon right on the desktop that you can use to install to your hard drive.

I don't know, I used the Bootable CD to install it to my Memory stick, I was just curious as to if there was something I could do to install it from an already operating ubuntu on my mem stick to a blank hard drive.
