Hi all,
I've built a new system and I was recommended partitioning my boot drive three times - one for root, one for /home and one for swap.
It wouldn't boot at all. After trying everything else I reformatted and reinstalled Ubuntu using the 'erase and use whole drive' option, so only one partition.
It booted first time round, I'm typing from within the OS now. What did I do wrong the first time? How can I get it to boot using the three partitions?
Thanks in advance!
