Discrete -

1 : constituting a separate entity : individually distinct <several discrete sections>
2 a : consisting of distinct or unconnected elements : noncontinuous b : taking on or having a finite or countably infinite number of values <discrete probabilities> <a discrete random variable>

A discrete graphics cards falls under definition 1, as it is a graphics card which is separate from the rest of the system.

Discreet -

1 : having or showing discernment or good judgment in conduct and especially in speech : prudent; especially : capable of preserving prudent silence
2 : unpretentious, modest <the warmth and discreet elegance of a civilized home — Joseph Wechsberg>
3 : unobtrusive, unnoticeable <followed at a discreet distance>
(http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/discreet)

There is no such things as a discreet graphics card. Well, I mean, perhaps your graphics card doesn't bother you much or knows how to handle things quietly, but I don't think that's what people mean when they talk about "discreet graphics cards."

Go & get drunk. Beer is a great solution for those suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder as it usually causes them to relax & broaden their focus. Well sometimes they can even lose focus altogether.

If you have only one beer that would be having a discrete beer. If you drink in the dark that would be having a discreet beer. If you drink one beer in the dark then that would be having a discrete discreet beer. Discrete is an adverb that modifies discreet the adjective.

After a few beers, you won't care.

Less annoying than all the people who like the idea of 'duel' booting.

Suprisingly, if there is a location with the duel booters, mostly they seem to be in the US.
