i am trying to install grub2 on my ubuntu hd, but when i type in "sudo grub-install --root-directory=/media/0d104aff-ec8c-44c8-b811-92b993823444 /dev/sdb1" i get a message saying "mkdir: cannot create directory `/media/0d104aff-ec8c-44c8-b811-92b993823444/boot': No such file or directory"
i followed the directions here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RecoveringUbuntuAfterInstallingWindows i type in "mount | tail -1" and got "/dev/sdb1 on /media/8e4ba2bb-1881-4629-bca4-d9881ce75b5c type ext4 (rw,nosuid,nodev,uhelper=udisks)"
any suggestions?
