Hi.

Here's the thing:

I'm running an e17 session on my Ubuntu Lucid installation; everything fine and all, but I need to use GNOME panel which causes me the little problem of not "closing well" when I'm doing Enlightenment's shutdown or log out. Meaning? I have to wait for quite a while to get a message which allows me to force the shutdown/logout (I imagine by killing all running programs).

If I could see an error message or something it would be easier, but the process isn't verbose at all.

Any hints? Cheers.

Of course it's causing you problems... gnome-panel is GNOME only!

Why do you need gnome-panel in e17? Taskbars, a systray, and a *lot* of other cool features are available in Enlighenment too.

Hint: if you want to use Nautilus in e17, just type nautilus --no-desktop .
