FIXED!!
I have just found this thread that fixed it: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1542128

Hello. I just installed Ubuntu on my Asus EeePC 1005HA netbook using WUBI.
Everything worked great, until the first time I tried to reboot.

Now I'm stuck with a "grub rescue>" prompt and above it a "error: file not found." error message.
I've googled a lot trying to find a solution to this, but everything thing I found was not related to my situation (netbook + wubi + grub problem).

I have Ubuntu on a USB stick and I'm able to boot from that. Is it possible to fix my boot and get my windows back using that?

Just for your information, my drive is divided in 2 partitions and I installed using WUBI on my D: drive. Windows was (hope it still is) on my C: drive.

Thank you for your help in advance,
