Had fun racing yesterday at Dunn Tire Raceway Park, near Buffalo New York
Fast cars are my thing.
Just thought I would share. Hope every one is enjoying the weekend as well.

A pick-up really isn't a great design for putting weight over the rear end.

What do you do to compensate for that to gain more traction?

500 HP and less than 7's? What's your curb weight?

Yeah I'd like to know as well. His truck would have to weigh 1000 lbs with him in it to pull a 7.33. This also assumes a perfect tune and a perfect launch. I have almost 400 hp more in my Mustang and my chassis has undergone some extreme work (the entire front end is tubular with coilovers among other things), and I'll be lucky if I break into the 8's.

Maybe he was racing the 1/8th.

Here's Casper in the near lane:

At the time we were pushing ~800rwhp on diesel at 6420 lb raceweight. Runs mid-10's in 4x4.

It gets your attention. It spins all four tires for about 300'. The Dodge in the other lane was about 4800 lbs.
