View Full Version : Windows Sentience?

My setup for the last 5 or so years has been windows primary OS and ubuntu servers (for work) running inside vmware.

An aversion to Gimp and addiction to Fireworks has been the key blocker.

Finally making ubuntu desktop my primary.

I SWEAR that windows has been running twice as fast as usual today, with none of the inexplicable swapping you only get on windows.

I click a button and my app appears in an instant. It's almost as if I've installed an SSD.

Or.... does it know what is about to take place?

Coincidence that it was yesterday I had a conversation in front of my laptop that I was switching to Ubuntu?

I wonder...
