Why do people say that for your few ******* only apps, that a dual boot system is preferable to a VM? Who on earth has the time to restart their machine and select a different boot OS every time they need a two minutes in a program?

Someone explain this to me.

There are many software and hardware that will not work properly in a VM and the drivers are provided by the VM software. The TV tuner I have is such a hardware. So is the case of BumpTop.

Fair enough, just I've seen a lot of comments here where people recommend it for software apps, which I don't understand.
