RE: MINORU 3D WEBCAM

Perhaps someone could kindly help me. I recently purchased a Minoru 3b webcam. It comprises of two eyes and each one can be adjusted and focused manually.
The issue I have is that there are no linux/ubuntu drivers to operate both at once t...o give the 3d effect.
Each 'eye' is seen as two seperate webcams which is fine if I wish to use it as a standard webcam just as can be done in windows also. The Minoru has just one usb cable with a hub perhaps built internally. So the lsusb command shows two different cameras attached as it also does in windows.
Would anyone happen to know how I can either manipulate Ubuntu 10.4 to operate the apparent two usb ports as one? Or turn them both on at the same time so that I can use both 'eyes' as one in Skype and so forth?

(Thank Microsoft for all they have to done to improve life as we know it and Ubuntu for their wonderful contributions and advancements)
