Hello.

Yesterday i installed ubuntu unr. After updating and installing applications, i noticed new windows opens in background. I know for sure that it didnt after install. Havnt installed beryl, or compiz, and dont think it was preinstalled either.

Any solutions?

Might i find something in gconf-editor?

Thanks in advance.

BTW, Ubuntu UNR is a great os, thanks for keeping it like it is. I had Jolicloud, but after the iphone-os lookalike style in Jolicloud 1, i convertet :-) Keep it like this please :-)

have you rebooted?

i think it's suppose to be like that, focus prevention has always been hit or miss.

unfortunately the next ubuntu netbook is going to use unity.

not for 10.04, in 10.10 it will be unity. if you want to take it for a test drive you can grab a daily, it's going to be pretty nice when finished. i think i'll give it a try tonight, it's been a month since i tried it last.
