It's basically a burger sandwiched in between a glazed donut that was cut in half.

I saw it on The Doctors and it looks gross.

Discuss if you have tried it.

There was a burger like in on The Boondocks, but that's a cartoon.

It kind of reminds me of the Twinkie Wiener Sandwich (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-_FO9p8Xdg) from UHF.

No, I'd rather not have a heart attack.

I'd eat it, it sounds as good as the buttered fried chicken I had earlier.

It's real boys and girls .. the donut burger. They showed it on the food network a while back .. said it tastes pretty good, but that is the taste buds of some very typical Americans talking.

My cardiologist and my heart surgeon would beg to differ!!

That sounds like it could be either really good or really terrible.

I think I have to make one and find out.

I have heard of deep fried donut burgers but haven't tried one. Perhaps, I would try a deep fried donut-hole burger?

Everytime I go back to the states I am amazed at the amount of fat people. stunning!

And to be fair - same when I go to Australia (which passed the US as the fastest nation:) )

I'm pretty sure livestock farmers and bakers alike would frown upon this combination.

I, however, would let you pay me to eat one. Capitalism for the win! :O

Moving, duh. Australia is an island that is floating towards South America and will hit in a 100 years. North America still hasn't cut the umbilical cord to South America so it can crash into Europe.

There's a place around here that has guberburgers,
Their gimmic was the “Goober Burger” a hamburger served with peanut butter on it. but it sounds like they're closing down. I haven't tried one and I don't have intentions of it but they have been there a long time

All food is ok in moderation... so go ahead and try it, just dont eat another one for a really long time.

as for the KFC doubledown, its really not that bad. if ordered a Chicken Parmisan sandwich it would probably be just as bad for you.

That has nothing on the Pizza Bacon Burger. :)

Is she Texan? I think she lives here in VA now, as she's the something of a spokesperson (mascot? :-\" ) for Smithfield Meats.

The Double Down isn't significantly worse for you than any other fast-food item... lower in white carbs since there's no bun. I tried it once out of curiosity -- it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't eat it again.

I wouldn't eat a donut burger on a bet. Health issues aside, it just sounds disgusting.
