This is a video that I saw on Gizmodo.com that shows a great GUI. I think this might be the future of GUI interaction (except for the part that has all the windows sitting next to each other, im fine with Linux's workspaces). I thought that people would enjoy seeing this.

Just to warn you, some users may find the start of the video a bit dry, but trust me it gets better.

Not really fond of "schizophrenic" user-interface - the input separated from the object ... i.e. the "input area" below the display for handwriting... etc. ... requires brain surgery to operate.

Displays are relatively cheap (compared to mt digitizer) ... wouldn't cost much more to have another screen below the touch-sensitive input device, so different keyboards, key layouts, etc. could be printed on the fly, But then the fingers would be obscuring that lovely printing which would be a major disaster, requiring a Third input area...

ridiculous.
