Are you able to boot Ubuntu.

run this

sudo update-grub

If that does not work. run this from your system or a liveCD. It may download to a different place depending on whether you are in your Ubuntu or a liveCD.

It does not look like it found windows. It often finds windows that will not even boot but run the script so we can see what is where.

You show several NTFS partitions sdb1 & sdc1, but they do not have any windows boot files nor are/were configured as boot partitions.
Was you windows in sda & you overwrote it when you installed Ubuntu?

I may have on accident idk... What do I do about it?

oldfred

If your windows install was on sda you overwrote it with your install of Ubuntu. With testdisk you may be able to recover some of the data but any of the space you actually overwrote with Ubuntu is gone.

Do not use or write to sda. Only use liveCD for recovery.

enable the "universe" repository to download testdisk

You need a primary partition to install windows and it looks like you converted sda to all extended. You can shrink the extended and put sda2 after the extended and install windows there if you want. You can also install windows on sdb or sdc.

How did you install Ubuntu, I do not see a swap file which is recommended. And it often is better to have a separate /home, if you plan in the future of clean install rather than an upgrade in place. I also like to separate system partitions from data partitions so I use small installs for root and my last windows system and large data partitions.
