[can't believe Im actually wasting energy on this nonsense]..
and sorry to bring some meaningless drama...

But Im usually not one to care about infractions...
normally.. the other infractions i have received..
have been rightly given, and I understand why I received them.

When I am wrong, I am wrong, and I will gladly admit it.

However,
Yesterday I was given an infraction by the mod
"artificial intelligence" , and said refraction was supposedly for
"insulting other members"

In reality, I did no such thing,
Someone asked if "DELL was run by schizos?"
so I replied.. "Yeah, either schizos or retards"

apparently that was "insulting some member", so I received the infraction~

I then replied to the Mod, telling what the deal was,
and I forgot to add something, so I sent him one more PM.

Today is when I realized the infraction was actually for "insulting members" , So I wrote one last PM, explaining how that was not right.

Shortly after [ original mod can't even reply to my messages].
I receive yet another infraction for "harassing a member in PM".

Well, I have the messages, and they are nothing of the sort.
Not harassing at all.

So again,
If I receive an infraction for something I did wrong, fine!
Give it to me!

But TWO in basically one day? Both for things I did not do?

sorry, but that is a load of bullocks.
and I really dont even care to be here right now,
Not if the mods act like this. :(

again, Im sorry for the meaningless drama,
but I have 2 mods "cornering" me, and it is not cool....

One last note: I imagine all people who send "harassing" PM's, apologize for having to write again beforehand, right? lol

Well, In my last message sent,

My first words were "Sorry for writing again".

How harassing that is! Seriously?

1. You completely missed the point that insulting people is bad, regardless of whether those being insulted are forum members or not.

2. You were insulting and dismissive. This behavior is unwelcome in our forums.

3. The moderator acted within his authority and I support the original infraction.

4. Instead of posting a polite query in the appropriate location (here, in the Resolution Center), you sent multiple aggressive private messages to staff. They were reported and you were issued the second infraction by a different, uninvolved staff member.

So, yes, there is a conspiracy. The conspiracy among the staff is that we do not tolerate insults nor aggressive behavior in our forum. This is clearly stated in the Forum CoC. The infractions you received are intended to remind you of this and direct you to please modify your behavior.

aggressive?

sorry, that is false.
I was not aggressive in any way.

and no I did not miss the point that insults were wrong,
I even stated that in my first message.
However it was not directed at anyone.
While still uncool, I know, I still insulted nobody.

conspiracy?
what? lol
ok man. #-o

aggressive?

You sent three private messages in a very short time, all to the same person about the same issue. That fact alone is aggressive as it is demanding action (in an inappropriate manner because we have a well-defined procedure for appeal, because of the repetition and impatience demonstrated in sending multiple requests in just a few hours, and because of the tone within the message as evidenced from this quote from one of your private messages).

Well,
Sorry to write you again..
But I just noticed my infraction was for "insulting other members"?
Seriously?

How was calling the people at DELL retards.. insulting another member?
please do tell.

good god man,
You can at least be sure you know what's up before you go handing out infractions.

insulting other members? what?

whatever, I honestly dont even care, but c'mon.

If you didn't miss the point that insulting people is wrong, then you must have misread what you originally wrote, as you directly insult the people in management at Dell by calling them "schizos or straight up retard$. probably the latter."

Feel free to roll your eyes, but that won't change the clear fact that you are directly calling people names. Your comment refers directly to people, not "nobody."

It was both "uncool" AND an insult directed toward specific, although unnamed, people.

You deserved both infractions and are making a good case for further action with your unwillingness to own your behavior with the intent to modify it in the future.

Using medical disabilities as a term of insult is reprehensible and extremely immature and is not welcome on this Forum EVER.

You seem to have an issue learning that. If it continues we will ban you.
