Hello everyone

I do not have any problem that needs to be solved, but I have a question.
When a program is loading my mouse arrow changes in a waiting symbol with the dotted circle turning around. The activity symbol of Mozilla Firefox is exactly the same.
Is this just because I have the Linux version of Firefox that it is this way or are there any ties between Mozilla and Linux? Is Firefox originally built for Linux?

Thanks for the information,
Jonas

The dotted circle is just a generic loading symbol. You will find that lots of online videos have something similar. Firefox uses it to mean 'page loading'. The mouse cursor symbol is analogous to the hour glass symbol in windows and means 'program loading'. As far as I know, Firefox was always meant to be cross-platform.
