Ok, I'm not a programmer, but I'm looking to add some functionality to pykaraoke. I love using that package (yes i use it on a windows box, for my DJ/KJ business, but that's because i can't get my USB controller to work under ubuntu) but it lacks one thing, the ability to play filler music between singers..
Now from what i've read about pykaraoke is that it is just a gui frontend for the libraries it uses. So i'm thinking that it shouldn't be too hard to put in the equivalent of a second deck that will play either one song or a small play list automatically or manually...
So if anyone out there would be willing to write this up for me it I would love to talk to you. Either PM me or respond as i'm sure that others would be interested in this addition to an already GREAT piece of software.

By the way.. I'd need it ported for M$ Windows 7, and i think it should be available for ubuntu also. :)
