Some of them are pretty cool. Can we get these to run in Ubuntu?
I especially like the one where you can stream and listen to your friends music on their computers without actually having to download it.

I haven't used Opera in a long time, but have you tried adding the widgets you want from the Opera menu?
As far as I know, there should not be a problem installing/using them.

I'm an Opera user and the widget manager is part of the web browser. I don't know how else you could launch them. If you have chrome you could look at Google Gadgets .
