so i am mildly new to Linux, so please bear with me, i just reinstalled Linux so i could use ext 4 and the other goodies that come with a fresh install of 10.04, so after i re-installed i added the Ubuntu studio kit from synaptic (so i could keep the the regular Ubuntu set up and have the studio features) and after i finished tweaking everything i went to go use Firefox and now it won't boot. . . it pops up on the bottom tool bar for about three seconds my screen flickers like its popping up the window and then it kills on me. . i tried booting it from the terminal but i still have no luck it says the following:

Attempting to load libmoonloaderxpi
Segmentation fault

and then nothing. any ideas on things i could try??
