Hi i am trying to install ubuntu but an error comes up saying:
No root flie system is defined. Please correct this from the partitioning menu.
I am trying with the 64 bit. I run windows Ultimate 64 bit.

Your booting in to the CD and that's the message your getting?

they seem to discuss this problem there.

Something about partioning outside of the installation CD.

Hope that can give you some info, as I'm not entirely sure!
