How To: Upgrade KDE 3.5 to KDE 4.5 R2 ?!?!

I have Kubuntu with kde 3.5 . How do I completely upgrade my version of kde to the latest version, kde 4.5 R2 ??

P.S. please keep instruction as simple, and as step by step as possible
