Windows 7 wont load ubuntu Live CD...

I had ubuntu send me out a live cd. It worked perfectly for my old XP Computer. When i try to load it on my Windows 7 laptop, It just boots windows and nothing is done with the cd. I reordered the bios or whatever USB CD Drive: Is at the top of the boot order. and still nothing, Can someone help me? I Cant stand windows anymore too many errors happen all the time.

I would suggest downloading ubuntu and either burn it to a disk using your win7 machine or install it to a usb to boot from. You can use unetbootin on the win7 machine by installing it from the unetbootin site.
