Require Ubuntu Repos for offline download

Hi

am searching for a place to download the Ubuntu repo, (DVD repos) for offline use.

Link to servers / locations in North America would be appreciated for both 32 Bit and 64 Bit (again if they exist)

I too had only found the download in India. Looks like the seeds for the torrents are quite scarce. But the are coming in which I'm grateful for :-)
