Ebay survey site best viewed by Netscape 7 or IE5

I bought this computer I'm typing on from ebay and they sent me a survey so I filled it out.
I had no problems taking the survey but imagine my surprise when I saw the above statement.

Too bad, i got Netscape 6 release candidate 3

I've had similar. One time I was troubleshooting my ADSL connection, and went to my ISP's website from Vista. Their troubleshooting page informed me that it would be a good idea to upgrade to IE 6 or 7, even though I was using IE8 at the time. The last time I checked this "error" had been fixed.
