Problem with icon transparency in notification applet

I'm not sure is it Guayadeque issue or Ubuntu issue...

If run Skype and then Guayadeque, icon isn't transparent:

but if first run Guayadeque, and then Skype, icon is transparent:

Is there any workaround for this?

1. Banshee
2. Guayadeque (just vertical line)
3. Skype

Interesting, Skype icon is always drawn well.
