transfer songs from iPod to iPod?

using Ubuntu 10.04, what is he easiest way to transfer all the songs from my old iPod to my new iPod?

check out gtkpod. It's in the repositories and if I am not mistaken, it will allow to to copy the tracks from ipod #1 to your computer, then you can reload them onto ipod #2.
