I've inserted numerous things into the usb terminal, ipod, mouse, keyboard, flash drives. They are all recognized. The storage devices however can't be opened and files can't be dragged to this icon. My aim is to save information onto the flash drive and transfer it to my new computer. btw I'm using hardy heron. I'm only a beginner so don't assume I know what ur talking about in your reply. please please help I've been wanting to solve this problem for years.
