Hello ppl :)

I have installed openbox on ubuntu 9.10

by this

sudo aptitude install openboxI have successfully install Openbox an then i have type:


openbox --replaceAnd i got this error

Openbox-WARNING **: Openbox is configured for 4 desktops, but the current session has 1. Overriding the Openbox configuration.

then i have added 2 more desk but at this time a get a different error

Openbox-Message: Unable to find a valid menu file "/var/lib/openbox/debian-menu

then i search this problem over net and actually i have found some solutions but non of them appeared helpfull for me


i have try this
Key:/desktop/gnome/session/required_components/windowmanagerTo value:openbox

and this https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/435501 but it does not helped me openbox allows login to an openbox session, but GNOME/openbox just redirects me to the login screen



someone help !!!
