tutorial on aptoncd

Hi all,
I want to create an iso image from the deb files i have offline.
I have been having problem with dependencies.
After the creation of the image when i issue the command
sudo apt-cdrom /media/cdrom0
It usually complains about broken links.
How can i discover what causes it and how can i resolve such a problem?
Are there good tutorials that one can be referrred to on it?

deb files I have offline.

Where from you downloaded these packages?If you downloaded them from here (http://packages.ubuntu.com/) then you have to download all packages marked with red ball.That packages are dependencies.
