Would this work? Perhaps with some ISPs depending on their protocols?
I have noticed that REGARDLESS of your theoretical speeds or even third party verified testing speeds, some torrents stay locked at a certain speed......So the theory is this...Each torrent app will have its own cap besides the limits imposed by your peers and the connection....so if you break up your apps and have 3 torrent programs running at once, you can raise your theoretical cap by combining the upper limits of each one.
Anyone test this theory?
