yes and no. i devote a good portion of time to perusing my hobbies, so sometimes I feel a little lazy for not being more productive with the day to day stuff, especially because I see some people arround me never getting any time to themselves. but then again, I work full time, am a part time student, and do freelance work on the side, so how lazy can I really be? and then i look at the people that I would consider really lazy, and I realize that it's all shades of gray.

Actually I am overdriven; never stop. Taking a break from work due to the heat means checking the Cafe.

Define lazy.

Yes.

If I find I have to do the same thing over and over again, and it is a repeatable process, I try to find a way to automate it. For example, using a macro in a spreadsheet is amazing. :)

I'm too lazy to respond to this thread.

Wait..... I just responded, didn't I?

It's amazing the lengths we sometimes go to trying to save time working on something that grabs our attention. :D

I am not lazy at all - and yet I get nothing done (for uni and for work)

Reason is that I am very productive regarding really stupid things.

Efficiency is the hallmark of "smart lazy".

I'm so lazy I got raises & praises for my work on streamlining and process crunching. :)

+1

If it wasn't for the computer I would be considerably more productive or if I had the willpower to better reset its mindless temptations... I can't sit/lay and do nothing for prolonged periods of time. When Computer is down. I find myself doing chores and doing them thoroughly to pass the time...

I know some people would consider me lazy, but I don't think I am.

I am quite selective in what I want to spend my energy on, though. And no, that is not an euphenism.
I'm also a big fan of 'smart lazy', as in rather spend time/energy in finding efficient ways to do stuff, or automate them, in stead of doing the same routine stuff over and over.

I can also enjoy doing nothing.
Boredom is the mother of creativity.
