So I JUST got back to Ubuntu and got my installation all up and running, but Compiz has apparently changed a bit as my desktop cube is not what it used to be. On 9.XX, 8.XX, and 7.XX; I clearly remember being able to make the Windows on each cube face appear to be stacked, however I cannot find this setting ANYWHERE in the new compiz menu. I'm probably just being a noob but I don't know where else to look!
