Is the a method for migrating from vista to ubuntu?

Hi Folks,

Is there a standard method for migrating from Vista to Ubuntu. What I mean is a process which will install Ubuntu and automatically migrate your user accounts and their files?

...Or is it a case of just dumping relevant files to CD Rom, installing Ubuntu and the re-installing you users files after setting up their accounts?

you'll be able to import accounts, that's only their data sindce the configuration is very different between ******* and linux.

its at the end of the installation wizard that you'll see a choice about what accounts you want to copy to ubuntu.
