View Full Version : [SOLVED] Error in Update Manager after manually adding repository

Hi everybody! I hope you have a nice day and someone will be able to help me here.
Some while ago I decided to add Firefox repository directly through terminal. (Idea born when I saw in one old page (yes, never look for info in old pages :D ) "tutorial" how to do it.) The whole idea was simple: just add one line in terminal.
The line was like this:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/firefox-stable
But since that, when I try to update through update manager I get errors:

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net lucid Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY D45DF2E8FC91AE7E

Updates are coming (I hope that this problem doesn't deny me any updates), but it is still annoing. Could someone help me on tis?
I add a picture so you can see how it looks like.

Thankyou! Now I have four errors less!
But I still have these one, which the script couldn't fix:

From a terminal
gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 40976EAF437D05B5
gpg --export --armor 40976EAF437D05B5 | sudo apt-key add -

one line at a time and then see what happens.

Good Luck

It worked perfectly! Thank you very much!
And could someone explain me how could it happen by just adding repository?
