Sum mismatch help

Please i need help.... i try to upgrade my ubuntu via mount cd and upgrade it throught the on screen action but i found this during installation

please help... i spent 10 hours to upgrade it but got nothing...:frown:

It looks like the image you are trying to use is no good. I would recommend downloading again.

This link (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM) has the info you need to run a hash check to make sure the image is good.
