Failed upgrade ubuntu 09.10 to 10.04

Please i need help.... i try to upgrade my ubuntu via mount cd and upgrade it throught the on screen action but i found this during installation

please help... i spent 10 hours to upgrade it but got nothing...:frown:

Seems like the CD is not burned correctly. Try burning at slow speed and check the MD5 sum before booting.
