The problem is simple:

Ubuntu 10.04 x86-64 Server, AMD Phenom II x4, 8GB memory
VirtualBox 3.2.6
If i run 1 VM everything is Ok, if I run 2 or more VMs the timers gone extremios slow. (1 second in VM =4 to 5 sec in real). It does not matter which Guest Os, or if the Guest-Additions are installed or not. The host is almost idle (98-100%)

VirtualBox 3.2.6
Anything work fine.
