I'll get straight to the details, so it gets easier to solve the problem.

I have a 500 GB hard drive on which I have my Windows 7 and Windows XP on separate partitions.

Recently, I got a new 1 TB HDD. I partitioned this into 1 750 gig drive, 1 200 gig drive and the rest for a linux partition. After that, I installed 10.4 and it worked fine.

The problems started when I tried to start Windows 7 from the dutifully labelled GRUB entry. When I try the entry, I'm taken to a black screen which only says - no device detected and no partition detected.

Any suggestions?

Check out, Windows & Ubuntu Dual Booting... (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WindowsDualBoot) If that doesn't provide any insight/answers please let me know and we'll go from there.

Paste results.txt, then highlight entire file and click on # in edit panel(code tags) to make it easier to read.
