Hey Guys,

I know there's a few threads covering this already but I have to admit the info is not sinking in.

I have been using Ubuntu on and off for a little while but will happily admit I don't have much clue with some of it.

What I want to do is run Win XP on my main hard disk (160 GB) and Ubuntu (80 GB). And be able to select each OS using Grub not farting around in the BIOS each time.

When I load up the standard 10.04 disc I have burnt, I get the GUI and double click on the Install ubuntu icon, which goes thru the wizard. When I get to partition up the drives, it will only see the 160 GB Windows drive there, and not the 80 GB.

How do I set this up so it will install everything on the 80GB for Ubuntu and run a boot loader on the XP partition so I can choose between the 2.

Thanks in advance.

Problem solved, using the Alternate install ISO.
