Is it possible to add a Google search to my Firefox search bar that only searches a specific website?
Like how typing site:www.example.com keyword in Google will only find webpages in www.example.com
If its possible please tell me how to do it.

I do not know how to add it, but I know you can do this:
site:www.example.com search for this

Example attached. Put it under the searchplugins folder in your Firefox profile.
You might like Add to Search Bar (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3682/) extension. Not exactly what you want, but is very useful.

site:www.example.com search for this
That's basically it, but the www isn't needed.

Hi
Thanks for your replies.
I was already using the Add to search bar extension.
I found out how to add a Google search to my Firefox search bar that only searches a specific website.
Here are the steps:
Make sure you have the Add to search bar extension installed.
Go to Google.
In the searchbox type site:siteaddress and click search.

At the bottom of the results page is a link called "Search within results"
Click that link.

In the next page right click the search bar and add it to search bar.

After adding it you can search from within that site from your searchbar.
