window borders problem!

After upgrade kernel 2.26.23, window borders is don't appear to!
i setting visual effect is "Normal" then solved my problem, but restart my computer, again same problem. Help me. My english is poor, sorry.

edit: don't work it. But i remove .gconf and .gconfd directories, my problem is solved.
