Espeak 2 problems

Have 2 problems!

ESpeak Clocking - When running espeak only get a quick audio bursts, nothing else and definitely not speech. Seems the clocking in espeak need adjusting so it fit the processor speed. How is that done?
X-Win Interface - Need a "drag-n-drop" desktop interface so the visually challenged user can just drag files quickly into the interface to do books, emails, etc. quickly.


Does anyone know if there are fixes or solutions for these?
