Hello,
I would like to change the taskbar Minimized/Maximized view. Right now the active windows are protruding, i would like the opposite effect.

Do you mean, that the current window extends beyond the point, that is visible?
Not sure how to deal with that.

I said leechers because the thread had over 100 views and 0 responses :)
To clarify what I meant by my first post, I meant that when the window is active, I want the window to look like this:

and when the window is inactive, I want it to look like this:
http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/8988/notindented.png
Basically, the opposite of what the default is.
