empathy notification bubble

Hi
I have ubuntu 10.4 64-bit and the issue is when anybody send im to me; there isn't any notification bubble under the clock and calender although i enable all required setting at preference -> notifications.
Why?

Ok I find it myself;

It was because of I was Busy and the tic of don't show notifications in busy was selected.
