How would I set up grub2 to dual boot Ubuntu, Backtrack4 and Windows 7? Which Linux OS should I install first? I want to be able to control Grub from Ubuntu, because thats going to be the Linux distro I will use most often.

I'd go W7, BackTrack4, then Ubuntu. Ubuntu will install grub2, which should automatically detect all the OSs.

+1 on marshmallow1304 suggestion.

But is is not that hard to reinstall grub2 for Ubuntu, if you do it out of order. Just be sure to have a working liveCD.
