Why can't I drag my windows to other workspaces?

So I upgraded from Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.4, and the first thing I notice is that I can't drag the windows to other workspaces except from the small box down on the left, which is too small and annoying for me, I want to drag the window from the title bar. I can't find where to change that in the system, does anyone know how?

Install compiz (enabling advanced effects).
Then open the settings manager (System > CompizConfig Settings Manager),
Enable desktop wall (tick the box next to it),
and specifically in the settings of desktop wall (click the option), go to the tab 'Edge Flipping'
Enable 'Edge Flip Move' by ticking the box.
